Our home is now 5 years old and we continue to enjoy the expertise Ken and his crew exhibited during the building process. This is the first home we've built and some of the changes we made were carefully and thoughtfully executed while Ken assisted with some of the finer modifications with which we were not familiar. The concrete steps and walkway were an addition to our plans and their creation added a welcoming element to our home. With as much snow as we've had the past two years, we asked Ken to extend the roof over our porch to help eliminate buildup of snow at our front door. It worked and was beautifully finished. Should we need additional projects done in the future, he will be our first call. Thanks, Ken.

Ken is wonderful to work with and a GREAT guy! My wife and I had bought some property in the Port Angeles area with plans to build a retirement place. We selected Ken after talking with and meeting several builders and he helped and guided us through the permit process, septic design/permit, etc. We started land prep, but wound up not building due to NO reason related to Ken. HE WAS GREAT! We sold the property and did not build but we would use Ken again if we ever decided to build in the Port Angeles area. I highly recommend Ken.

Cozi Homes Construction absolutely nailed it! Ken and his crew built us the most magnificent custom deck overlooking Lake Sutherland! Our project was extremely complicated and required very highly skilled craftsmen to navigate the numerous custom modifications needed to make this deck a reality.

Well..it's been three years since Ken built our beautiful house and I can still say.."he is the best ever ". Ken made building a home a very pleasant experience. In 2009 Ken Ziegler and crew of Cozi Homes Construction built a wheelchair accessible home for us in Port Angeles. We had been searching for such a home and found none available in the area at that time. Ken and his crews worked with our house plans and built within the constraints of the City of Port Angeles building codes. He gave us a complete estimate of costs, with a breakdown of the work to be done. He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient, and hired workmen who produced quality craftsmanship. He was willing to work with us on changes along the way. Overall, the cost totaled close to Ken's estimate. Ten years later we are still enjoying our first newly built home. I have recommended Cozi Homes Construction to others who have needed home work done, because I know that Ken will do all in his power to satisfy his customers.
